The Communications and Marketing team is dedicated to building understanding of, and support for, the University’s brand and mission.
We aim to elevate the University’s reputation and advance its vision through strategic, integrated communications and marketing initiatives. We develop authentic, consistent and engaging messages that remain true to the institutional excellence, transparency, diversity and inclusion we strive for.
Collaborating with faculty and staff, we convey stories of teaching, research, innovation, and service accomplishments, and of the University’s unique role as academic steward of the Cajun and Creole cultures. We provide expert consulting and professional services throughout the University for brand management; print, digital and web communications and design; marketing and promotion; campus wayfinding and servicescaping; issues management; crisis communication; and media relations counsel.
